You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. puusy888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In no event shall puusy888's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

puusy888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of bonuses and any amounts under investigation) will be processed for return to the User via the most recent verified payment method, provided that no fraud investigations or legal holds are in place. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds are not refundable upon account closure due to a Terms breach.
